关于终止盛大游戏商标授权的声明 En

Shanghai Shanda Network Development co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is the legal holder of “盛大游戏”, “Shanda Games” and a series of other registered trademarks (hereinafter referred to as “trademarks”). Shengqu Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its related companies obtained the exclusive right to use the above trademarks in December 2016, which was authorized by the company. This agreement will expire on March 31, 2019. The company has not authorized any other enterprises or individuals to use the trademarks.
