AI Algorithm Scientist

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning for applications in intelligent document processing, natural language understanding, and data analysis
  • Collaborate closely with product teams and cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate product features, continuously improving system performance, stability, and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research in data science and AI technologies, exploring new algorithms and models to apply in product development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with hands-on experience in AI algorithm design and development
  • Proficient in Python and R, familiar with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experienced in data analysis and processing
  • Knowledgeable about database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and big data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking, adaptable in complex environments
  • Keen interest in staying current with AI and data science advancements, with a commitment to continuous learning and adopting new technologies

Preferred Qualifications：

  • Published papers in top AI-related conferences and journals
  • In-depth experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems, with relevant optimizations applied to business scenarios
  • Experience with open-source projects or personal AI application development with demonstrable outcomes
  • Proficient in at least one data science or AI framework (e.g., Scikit-learn, Keras, LangChain) with corresponding development experience
