AI Algorithm Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-native applications based on large language models (LLM)
• Collaborate closely with product and algorithm teams to enable rapid product iterations, continuously optimizing backend system performance, stability, and scalability
• Lead exploration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies in LLM applications, such as RAG and Agents, and apply them to real-world product development

• Bachelor’s degree (from a top-tier institution) or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development or as an AI engineer
• Proficient in Go and Python programming languages, with hands-on experience in AI Agent/AI application development; knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience in web development and API design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, with the ability to work in complex environments
• Up-to-date with the latest developments in artificial intelligence, with a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies

• In-depth knowledge of RAG and prompt engineering, with optimizations made for specific business scenarios
• Experience with open-source projects or personal AI applications developed in spare time
• Proficient in at least one AI Agent framework, such as LangChain or AutoGen, with corresponding development experience
