Employee Relations and Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Enhance employee communication through interviews, surveys, and other methods to foster a sense of engagement and belonging
- Provide trendy and relevant employee benefits to boost job satisfaction and loyalty
- Organize regular employee development and training activities to support personal and professional growth
- Contribute to the cultural development of the group and its subsidiaries, promoting innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Organize cross-team events to enhance collaboration and communication between teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (from a nationally recognized institution) or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in employee development and cultural initiatives
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
