Fei Li, CPA

Senior Manager, Tax

Fei Li is responsible for managing Shanda’s various US tax and business-related compliance and planning matters. Prior to joining Shanda, Fei worked for at PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than six years in California and Texas where he helped clients from publicly traded multinational corporations to private equity and venture capital companies in energy and technology industries on domestic and international tax matters.

 

Fei is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Texas and a member of AICPA. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from Brigham Young University in Utah.
